Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any unpaid fees become immediately due.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
