With over 12 years of experience and a foundation built at Ernst & Young, Tamanna is the brains behind the balance sheets and the heart behind Accedge. From navigating corporate tax for public companies to helping small businesses thrive, she turns complex financial challenges into clear, confident strategies. As a dual-certified CPA in Canada and the U.S., Tamanna specializes in cross-border tax, compliance, and business growth - helping clients not only stay on track, but stay ahead. Her mission? Make finance feel less intimidating and a whole lot more empowering for Canadian business owners. With a Master’s from Monash University and experience spanning two continents, Ashwinder brings a global mindset to accounting and operations. Formerly an accountant in India and now on the path to CPA certification in Canada, he’s well-versed in full-cycle accounting, payroll, and tax for businesses of all sizes. At Accedge, he’s the go-to for building financial systems that are not just compliant, but efficient and scalable - helping SMEs run smoother, smarter, and stress-free. Outside the spreadsheets, Ashwinder is a die-hard movie buff. The strategist behind the numbers at Accedge, Varun is a finance professional who brings structure and insight to every financial challenge. With an MBA in Finance and an Accounting Technician Diploma, he's the go-to guy for turning tax codes, CRA rules, and financial reports into smooth, strategic wins. He juggles QuickBooks, Sage, Wagepoint, and TaxDome like a pro, handling everything from payroll to GST/HST without breaking a sweat. Dashboards in Excel? He builds them faster than most people brew their morning coffee. With seven years of accounting experience and a skillset as versatile as her sports background, Harshita brings precision, speed, and strategy to the financial field. From compiling detailed financial statements to untangling discrepancies, she’s the go-to expert for streamlining and perfecting accounting processes. A trained QuickBooks practitioner, Harshita also navigates tools like Bills.com, Plate IQ, Buildium, and more with ease - integrating systems, managing payroll, and finalizing books with a sharp eye and steady hand.
